Pilates

Pilates trains the core muscles of the body. The torso, abdomen and the spine make up the centre of the body or the ‘powerhouse’. The muscles in this area are brought into harmony with each other to improve posture. According to your individual needs, we train strength, coordination and flexibility with simple or more sophisticated exercises.
Pilates is a gentle form of exercise which does not put unnecessary strain on joints. Each program is designed to be as intensive or challenging according to your individual ability and can be done on a mat or using the specially designed equipment.

 

 

Massage 

Soothing massages treat your body, mind and soul. Our unique massages bring body and soul into equilibrium. On an emotional level the massage doesn’t just relieve stress and concerns but also gives you sensuality of your whole body. Physically the massage induces a more active blood flow leading to an increased metabolism. Tensions are reduced, pains alleviated resulting in a strengthened immunity. In addition, through our massages improved mobility and flexibility of your muscles will be noticeable.

Kinesis

Kinesis is a three-dimensional training system consisting of handgrips, cables and weights that can be moved in any direction. It is a training method with flowing straight, diagonal or circular movements. It draws on the strength of the whole body but can also focus on individual muscles. It can additionally be used for rehabilitative purposes.

Kinesis can be adapted to each person’s individual needs and targets. It is suitable for all those wishing to improve not only their strength, but also coordination, balance and posture. This way, the muscles close to the joints are activated and the risk of a sport injury reduced. Repetition with additional leg work activates the cardiovascular system.
