Lukrezia Blaser
Lukrezia grew up on a farm and learned from early on what it means to be "fit".
After her apprenticeship in the real estate industry Lukrezia quickly realized that office work could not satisfy her urge to move. Besides, sitting all day caused her back problems. Therefore she completed a fitness trainer course and gained her first professional experience in a fitness centre. In her studies for medically certified masseuse, Lukrezia found another passion. At first in a joint practice and later in her own studio, she massages health insurance accepted. She came in contact with Pilates during the treatment of her own back problems and was immediately intrigued by this method. She used a longer stay in Florida to be trained into a Pilates instructor. Her in the meantime gained expertise, her joy in further training and her warm personality characterizes Lukrezia. In 2009 she and her partner Marco had the possibility to take over the ´Sport Training´ department of the SportClinic at the Tödistrasse in Zürich. Lukrezia is a sportive person and in her spare time you can find her rollerblading, biking, snowboarding and surfing. Besides the sportivity she loves traveling, reading and Sushi.
Marco Baumann
From the age of four Marco stood on Skates. His hockey career lasted from junior hockey till up to professional level. Unfortunately after different injuries he had to give up his hockey dream. Therefore began for the skilled draughtsman, a new phase of life, which he started with a one year trip around the world. Because of his hockey injuries he learned out of his own experience the benefits and value of Pilates. For this reason, before he left on his world trip, he completed a school to become a wellness coach. After coming back to Switzerland he received the opportunity to work as a sports trainer for the SportClinic. Because of his interests in the newest Pilates technics he decided to go to Florida to be trained into a certified Pilates instructor.
As an Assistant- and Summer coach for the ZSC Lions junior hockey team he has remained faithful to hockey until today. His experience in competitive sports taught Marco always to be ‘hungry’ for more.
During his different positions in various Pilates studios Marco gained a lot of experience, and in 2009 he and his partner Lukrezia had the possibility to take over and lead the ´Sport Training´ department of the SportClinic at the Tödistrasse in Zürich. Sports also characterizes Marco after work. In his spare time he loves to go biking, surfing, skiing, play golf and sports in general as long as it makes him sweat.
